Austin, TX | TI Office Project 

Sense Corp is a professional services firm specializing in assisting organizations with navigating the digital era while tackling intricate business and management challenges. Collaborating with Sense Corp, our small design team set out to create a vision for their 10,862-square-foot, first-generation workplace in Austin, Texas. The resulting open office environment is characterized by a warm and inviting ambiance, embracing a contemporary Texan aesthetic and offering a flexible layout to support a dynamic and productive daily work atmosphere.

The design incorporates a social gathering area intended for hosting evening events and incorporates both existing workstations and new furniture solutions. The small space prominently features natural materials sourced from Texas and incorporates nods to the Lone Star state, such as the use of limestone and large custom wall graphics adorned with Texan symbols.

Our team meticulously selected finishes with acoustical properties to serve as noise barriers within the open office, complementing an otherwise modern finish and color palette. Furthermore, the interior design team collaborated with a local furniture supplier to procure hoteling and modular desking solutions. These solutions provide the Sense Corp team with furniture that not only facilitates a comfortable workspace but is also lightweight and easy to store, making it versatile for hosting events and other flexible uses when necessary.
