Lead designer for a new build Active Adult 55+ located in Gilbert, Arizona, projected to complete construction in 2018.  Coordinate with owners and architects to layout all public area space plans.  Developed full construction documents, selected finishes, lighting and architectural details through out entire project to meet strict budget.
