Denver, Colorado | Confidential Tech Company

Covering a total area of 76,000 square feet, this transformation of a second-generation office space spans across three floors in a historic Denver, Colorado building. The design team was brought on board to craft an office environment that not only resonates with the client's corporate culture and Denver's identity but also aligns seamlessly with the established design concept found in other floors of the same building already occupied by the client.

In a commitment to sustainability, we harnessed existing furniture, handcrafted finishes, reused existing materials, and maintained the existing wall layouts when possible. Our primary aim was to create a functional and innovative workspace that promotes collaboration and sparks creativity. Drawing inspiration from the layered sedimentary rock formations found in Colorado, each floor pays homage to a distinct layer, or 'strata,' of Denver's character. This journey ranges from a subterranean, moody concept on the lowest floor to a sunlit celebration on the top floor. Through varied architectural forms, patterns, colors, and the incorporation of environmental graphic design (EGD), along with vibrant murals contributed by local artists, each floor vividly expresses its unique concept.
