Lead designer for a new build CCRC located in Walnut Creek, California, projected to complete construction in 2020.  Coordinate with owners, architects, contractors and various consultants to create full construction documents.  Selected finishes, lighting and architectural details through out entire project to meet CALgreen standards and LEED certification.  Created unit finish standards with unit finish upgrade options for residents.
