This tenant improvement project, spanning approximately 34,820 square feet, occupies one and a half floors within a newly constructed office space in Charleston, South Carolina. Through innovative design solutions and deliberate choices in finishing, this vibrant workspace is a responsive embodiment of the client's creative vision, functional requirements, and sustainability objectives, all conveyed in a narrative, colorful manner.

At its core, the design concept by our design team was inspired by the client's history and the idea of reconnecting with their origins - books, so back to their roots we went! The project draws from the age-old adage that "great oaks from little acorns grow." This theme is interwoven into the design through subtle moments and strategic spatial arrangements, paying homage to and commemorating the client's foundational story, symbolized by the concept of books
